Con-Serv Industries (CSI) provides both permanent and temporary open top roll-off containers.  These are used for various commercial and residential waste and/or recycling projects. These containers are readily available in various sizes; e.g. 10, 20 and 30 cubic yard containers.

CSI containers are constructed with reinforced steel, well maintained, freshly painted, and are available with swing-open back doors.

Construction companies also benefit from services provided by CSI.  We supply open-top, roll-off style containers in capacities of 10, 20, and 30cy for collection of construction debris.  Just about any kind of non-hazardous, solid waste materials generated on a typical residential or commercial construction project can be placed inside the container.   Some common uses include construction and demolition (C&D) debris, cleanups of homes and estates, landscaping debris, and recycling materials.

Our excellent hauling services can be scheduled to fit almost any special delivery and collection time restriction. Roll-Off service is available to job sites located in Northern Virginia and surrounding areas. Generally, the hauling or pull charge for the container also includes the cost of disposal.  We will provide a single or as many containers as necessary to handle your job.  Pricing depends on location and anticipated number of pulls.
