Dumpster-Services

Con-Serv Industries (CSI) provides both permanent and temporary open top roll-off containers (Construction Dumpsters).  These dumpsters are used for various commercial and residential waste and/or recycling projects and are readily available in 20 and 30 cubic yards.  Our excellent hauling services can be tailored to fit almost any special delivery and collection time restriction(s). Our services are available in Northern Virginia and surrounding areas.

CSI containers are constructed with reinforced steel, well maintained, freshly painted, and are available with swing-open backdoors.

Construction companies, business, and homeowners can benefit from our hauling services. We can accept most nonhazardous-solid waste material generated on a typical residential, or commercial construction project.

Some common uses include:

  • Construction and demolition (C&D) debris
  • Home remodeling projects
  • Cleanups of homes and estates
  • Landscaping debris
  • Concrete (certain restrictions apply)
  • Metal
  • Recycling materials

CSI is a LEED leader for construction companies involved in green building. Please visit our Recycling page for more information.

DUMPSTER TIPS

  • Placement on a Public Right-of-Way
    • Most municipalities require a “street use permit” if the dumpster is placed on a public roadway or right-of-way.  We highly recommending consulting with your local jurisdiction before ordering a dumpster.
  • Loading the Dumpster
    • Load evenly to distribute the weight. Do not overfill the dumpster above the top or sides.  If the dumpster is overloaded and/or is loaded unevenly, Virginia State Law prohibits us from transporting the container.  Extra charges will apply if the driver has to return.
  • Dumpster Placement
    • Be sure to place heavy duty boards on the ground if you are concerned about the weight of the container damaging or scratching the surface below the dumpster wheels.
    • Make sure that the driver will have plenty of room to drop off and pick up the dumpster .  No vehicles or other material can be blocking the dumpster.
    • Dumpsters sometime attract illegal dumping.  We recommend placing in an area that cannot be seen from the main road.  If this is not possible, we recommend placing a tarp over the dumpster when not in use to help deter illegal dumping.  Customer is responsible for any item(s) placed in the dumpster.
