Material Recovery Facility (MRF)

Con-Serv Industries (CSI) operates a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) in Sterling, VA.. LLF Inc., is a sister company of CSI. LFF operates in accordance with Loudoun County and the State of Virginia Waste Management Regulations, which allow us to reduce the volume of trash going to landfills. The Material Recovery Facility uses single-stream technology to process the cardbaord, paper, plastic, cans, and glass collected by our trucks here in Northern Virginia.

Construction wastes processed at LFF allow construction managers to earn project certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. CSI and its LEED Accredited Professionals can help you with your green building efforts.
