Material Recovery Facility (MRF)

LFF Recycling, Inc. (LFF) operates a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) located in Sterling, VA. LFF Recycling Inc., is an affiliated company of CSI. LFF operates in accordance with Loudoun County and the State of Virginia Waste Management Regulations, which allow us to reduce the volume of waste going into landfills. The MRF processes single stream and construction and demolition materials; separating out cardbaord, paper, plastics, cans, metals, glass, residual building materials, concrete and wood for delivery to downstream recycling processing facilities.

Construction wastes processed at LFF's MRF allow construction managers to earn project certification under the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. CSI and its LEED accredited professionals can help you with your green building efforts.
