Click on the 'Account Information Online Bill Payment' link on any www.csidisposal.com webpages. Your account number can be found on your invoice, and your password is the last 4 digits of the telephone on file. Should you need assistance to access your account, please call our office.
What is considered bulk trash and how do I get it remove?
Bulk trash consist of appliances, furniture, construction material, and any non-household trash. Please call our office for pricing and to schedule for removal.
Regarding inclement weather, what is the Company policy?
In cases of inclement weather, the Company reserves the right to cancel service due to unsafe conditions. Weather permitting, your refuse will be picked up on your next scheduled service day.
