Territory Sales Representative

CSI provides disposal services for construction, commercial and residential customers. Our service mix provides our sales rep's with the opportunity for unlimited potential to win new accounts. To succeed you must be focused on and dedicated to site visits, phone and e-mail contact. We provide base salary, commission, car allowance, fuel card, phone and sales tracking software. You must be a proven sales professional, willing to put in the hours required for meeting sales goals. Must have a desire to succeed, extremely strong work ethic. Territory is in the northern Virginia area; Loudoun, Fairfax and Prince William Counties.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively maintain and retain existing customer base by building effective ling-term relationships through proactive account management.

• Negotiate renewal of agreements with existing customer base.

• Develop and utilize sales skills to prospect for and close sales on a continuing basis.

• Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new, profitable commercial and industrial business to achieve budgeted sales goals.

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of company’s available services.

• Work with other company sales representatives to enhance company’s sales efforts within marketplace.

• Other duties as assigned.

Sales experience in a service industry is a plus.

Mechanic

We currently have openings for experienced Mack Truck Diesel Mechanics. Must have experience with Hydraulics, Transmissions and Air-Brakes. Welding experience is a plus!

Drivers

We have current opportunities for Roll-Off (RO) and Residential (RL) Drivers.

• This position requires a valid, class B, CDL driver’s license
• Must have two years of experience
• You must have a clean DMV driving record

Workdays are Monday through Friday and every other Saturday. Good knowledge of roads in Fairfax County, Loudoun County and Prince William County is required. You must be able to read maps. Good English skills and a High School diploma are required.
