INCLEMENT WEATHER SERVICE NOTICE


To Our Valued Customers:

During the winter season northern Virginia normally will experience a few days of inclement weather. When there is an accumulation of snow or ice on the ground, we need your assistance to be able to provide service to your location. Please ensure that all roads, parking lots and sidewalks that lead to your containers, are clear of all snow and ice. This includes the top, front and around the containers and enclosures. There must be a clear path that is wide enough for our trucks to approach, lift and service your containers. Without clear access it is impossible for us to service your site. Please also note that the drivers and helpers are instructed not to shovel or remove any snow or ice, as it is a liability and a safety issue for our employees.
